BDQP.IN is an open, high-speed multi-party WebRTC video conferencing and random 1-on-1 discovery platform. It is designed to connect people globally for friendly conversation, peer learning, music synchronization, and positive community interactions with zero mandatory sign-up or passwords.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, BDQP uses automated AI safety shields (powered by DeepSeek AI vision moderation) that scan video streams for severe policy violations such as nudity, hate symbols, or dangerous behavior.
Because connections are spontaneous, live, and peer-to-peer in real time, BDQP cannot proactively guarantee or control the unpredictable behavior of every individual stranger. Users are always in total control: if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, simply click Next Stranger or hit Esc to disconnect immediately.
🔞 3. Age Requirement (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BDQP. By accessing or using this service, you certify that you meet this age requirement.

Video and audio media streams are transmitted directly between participant devices using encrypted WebRTC mesh connections. Essential cookies and session identifiers are utilized solely for traffic load-balancing, connection coordination, and human verification via Cloudflare Turnstile.

While using BDQP, you agree NOT to:
- Broadcast nudity, sexually explicit material, or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any participant.
- Record or redistribute other users' video or audio streams without their explicit prior consent.
- Attempt to distribute malware, spam, or disrupt server signaling.
