Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using BDQP.IN. By entering the platform, creating an account, or purchasing a Paid Verified Membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

🔞 1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use BDQP.IN. Use of this service by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited. By checking the age verification gate upon entry, you warrant and represent that you are an adult.

🤝 2. Community Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

BDQP.IN is designed for engaging, intelligent, respectful human connection. You agree not to engage in:

  • Zero Tolerance for Nudity or Sexual Explicitness: Any form of nudity, sexual conduct, solicitation, or indecent exposure is strictly banned and results in immediate permanent IP expulsion.
  • Good Dressing & Professional Presentation: Users are required to be appropriately dressed and groomed while appearing on live video feeds.
  • Zero Foul Language, Harassment or Hate Speech: Bullying, racial slurs, threatening behavior, hate speech, or vulgar language will not be tolerated.
  • No Unauthorized Broadcasting / OBS Spoofing: Virtual camera exploits, pre-recorded video loops, or non-consensual streaming to third-party platforms are prohibited.

🖥️ 3. Screen Sharing Rules & Limitation of Liability

⚠️ Critical Screen Sharing Disclaimer

Screen sharing is potentially NOT recommended unless you personally know and completely trust the person you are communicating with. You are solely responsible for all content, windows, and notifications visible during a screen share session. BDQP.IN accepts zero liability for any loss, unauthorized data disclosure, or harm resulting from your decision to stream your desktop.

  • Dual Mutual Paid Verification Required: Screen sharing is enabled only in 1-on-1 private rooms when BOTH participants are authenticated Paid Verified Members.
  • Prohibited Content on Screen: Sharing malicious software, phishing links, copyrighted materials, or private third-party data is strictly forbidden.

💳 4. Paid Verified Membership & PayPal Terms

Users may upgrade to Paid Verified Member status for a standard verification fee of $5.00 USD.

  • Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed via PayPal (payments@xisto.com).
  • Non-Refundable Verification Fee: Because verification benefits (identity checks, audit logging, screen share unlocking) activate immediately upon transaction completion, verification fees are non-refundable.
  • Conversationalist Marketplace: Users participating in paid conversationalist activities must adhere to all quality and conduct standards. Payments are disbursed subject to strict quality and safety compliance.

⛔ 5. Account Suspension & Immediate Termination

BDQP.IN reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any user account, revoke VIP verified badges, or ban network IP subnets without prior notice if a user violates these Terms of Service or triggers AI safety shields.

⚖️ 6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

BDQP.IN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted WebRTC connectivity, video quality, or that every stranger encountered will be amicable. In no event shall BDQP.IN, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
